Legal terms and conditions governing MetroTec IT services
By accessing and using MetroTec's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Comprehensive IT Services for Business LLC.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for managed services. Planned maintenance will be scheduled during agreed-upon maintenance windows with at least 48 hours advance notice.

Clients retain full ownership of their data. MetroTec will not access, use, sell, or disclose client data except as necessary to provide contracted services or as required by law.

All intellectual property rights in our services, documentation, tools, and methodologies remain with MetroTec. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during the term of the agreement.

Upon termination, MetroTec will provide client data in a standard format within 30 days and permanently delete all copies thereafter.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes — defined as changes affecting pricing, liability, data handling, or service scope — will be communicated to active clients with at least 30 days written notice via email. Continued use of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
